Our Office Team

Daniel Cherna (President)

Daniel is the third-generation owner of Oradell Construction Company, Inc. with over 15 years of experience in construction. After graduating from Rider University with a degree in Accounting, Daniel joined the New Jersey Carpenters Union, Local 620. He would work as a Carpenter during the normal workday and evenings in estimating for a few years before transitioning into Project Management.

Jason Cherna (Vice President)

Jason is the third-generation owner of Oradell Construction Company, Inc. with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Attending Monmouth University to continue to Albany Law School to receive his Juris Doctor degree. Outside of work, Jason enjoys woodworking, spending time with family and friends, and specifically watching basketball, football, and Nascar with his son.

Jeffrey Cherna (Estimator)

Brett Carr (Senior Project Manager)

Brett joined Oradell Construction Company, Inc. in 2015, bringing years of experience in operations and supply chain management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Outside of work, Brett enjoys being active at the gym and with outdoor activities, while traveling to new destinations as much as possible.
